About this plant

Curly parsley, with crinkled, bright green rosettes and a fresh, mild, slightly grassy flavor. Chop it into tabbouleh, dressings, and compound butters, or use whole sprigs to dress a plate. A biennial grown as an annual; it does its best work in our cool season, and cutting only outer stems keeps new leaves coming for months.
