About this plant

A sweet bell that ripens from green to a clear golden yellow, blocky and thick-walled. Fully colored, it is mild and notably sweet, lovely raw for color, roasted, or grilled alongside red and orange bells. Like other bells, the fruit is prone to sunscald here, so keep foliage intact and consider afternoon shade cloth.
